The Rushcarry Naloxone Holster carries two NARCAN 4 mg nasal sprays, each in its original sealed blister pack, stacked in one slim holster, so both doses stay sealed and protected, the way many agencies require naloxone to be carried, and ready the moment they are needed. Generic naloxone nasal spray blister packs of similar size also fit; on some generic brands the edge of the blister card may need a slight trim so the dome lines up with the window. A spring-loaded locking MOLLE clip slides behind PALS/MOLLE webbing and locks in place, fitting webbing up to 5 in tall, so the holster mounts on a vest, plate carrier, pack, or bag.

There is no retention hardware to adjust: the blister card friction-fits into its slot, snug through everyday wear and free with a straight pull. Both packs load and draw through the open top: pull the top pack out, or push up from the open bottom to expel one pack after the other. The front window shows at a glance that a dose is in place, and the rear windows let you check both packs without taking them out. The holster body is 3D-printed in the USA from impact-resistant polymer, so it stays slim, light, and rigid through daily wear. The ambidextrous design carries on your right or left side.
