Read this entire notice before using any Rushcarry product. Keep it for future reference.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Rushcarry holsters are designed to hold compatible personal-safety and utility items (sold separately). They do not include or dispense any contents. Always follow local, state, and federal laws when carrying or using any item. Use responsibly and only in lawful situations.
⚠ WARNING
This product is a carrying accessory only. It is not a safety device and does not prevent accidental or unintended activation or discharge of the item it carries. Improper fit, wear, heat exposure, or failure to inspect this product before use can result in accidental discharge and serious injury.
BEFORE EACH USE, CHECK ALL FOUR
Retention. The carried item must seat fully and hold firmly — no tilt, wobble, slide, or ride-up. Spinning in place is normal for cylindrical items. If the fit is loose, stop — do not carry it in this holster.
Safety mechanism. If the item has a safety, that — not the holster — is what prevents accidental discharge. Make sure it is fully closed and working (flip-top, twist-lock, etc.).
Clearance. Light contact with a closed safety cover is normal. Make sure nothing is caught under or inside the safety, and nothing can press an unprotected button or trigger directly.
Condition. Inspect the holster for cracks, chips, warping, softening, stress marks (whitening), or a loose fit. Discontinue use immediately if any are found.
RETENTION, ROTATION & INSPECTION
Cylindrical items such as spray canisters may spin freely in the holster. That is normal — do not over-tighten or modify the holster to stop it. Retention means the item stays seated and gripped: it must not tilt, wobble, slide, or ride up. The friction fit gradually loosens with wear, impacts, and heat. Inspect the holster before each use and after any heat, impact, or chemical exposure, and replace it if it cracks, warps, or no longer grips firmly.
HEAT, CHEMICALS & CLEANING
Like any thermoplastic holster, this product can soften or warp in extreme heat, permanently reducing retention. Do not store it above 140°F (60°C) — for example, inside a closed vehicle, on a dashboard, or in direct summer sun. Keep it away from solvents and harsh cleaners such as acetone, brake cleaner, gun-cleaning solvents, and paint thinner — they can weaken the holster even when damage isn’t visible. To clean: warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or brush; rinse and air-dry. Rinse out trapped sand or grit.
FIT, COMPATIBILITY, AND MODIFICATION
Use each holster only with the item type and size it is designed and listed for. Do not use it with damaged items or items fitted with sleeves, grips, or other accessories that change their dimensions. Do not modify, sand, heat, or alter the holster in any way. This product is not a toy — keep it away from children. For lawful use by adults only.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for reading and following all instructions and warnings from the manufacturer of any carried item; for the safe handling, carry, storage, and use of that item; for obtaining any training appropriate to it; and for complying with all laws that apply where you possess and carry it.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Carrying any personal-safety or utility item involves inherent risks, including accidental or unintended activation or discharge. By purchasing, keeping, or using any Rushcarry product, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept those risks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND RUSHCARRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
